What makes Publisher such a powerful tool in business? Its core is the FastReport .NET engine. It provides flexibility, speed, and ease of creating reports for both beginners and developers. Templates created in the FastReport .NET designer can be saved directly to the Publisher, opened, and edited. Everything is synchronized. Templates are saved in *.frx, reports in *.fpx.
Publisher partially supports the FastReport VCL format. You can save and download reports, as well as use shared folders. Templates are saved in *.fr3, reports in *.fp3.
In the user panel, you can work with data sources, templates, and documents without a programmer. Select a data source, connect it to the template— and create a report in the required format to send to the customer.

You can unite users of the service into groups, as well as grant them different access rights to workspace resources. Create teams of administrators, managers, designers, developers. By default, your workspace does not have groups.
Or use pre-installed groups (owner, user, anonymous). The user only has access to what they are allowed. Need to share a report with an external client without registration? It is enough to configure anonymous access. The creation of additional groups is available in FastReport Corporate Server.
